Ramy specializes in strategic insurance placement and consultation for small to large-sized businesses. Before joining Western Financial Group, Ramy was a commercial underwriter. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Calgary (major in Economics).

Barry obtained an MBA from York University in 1985 and has been in the insurance industry since 1972. His firm specializes in commercial and industrial P&C insurance and is also the vice president of Property Casualty Insurance for Royal Bank. Concurrent with his insurance career, Barry served 36 years in the reserve army.

In the business for 15 years, Lori has full responsibility for managing the client/prospect management system, tracking the brokering activity and the closing rates and helps maintain and build insurer relationships. Lori currently serves as Co-Chair for the WICC Hamilton-Niagara Chapter.

Starting his career in 1972, Nick soon moved from an underwriting position to a junior salesman position and in 2002, with his new partner, Richard Massie, created Halpenny Insurance Brokers Ltd. He is the founder of the Ottawa Carlton Insurance Brokers “Help” Line; and past lecturer at Algonquin College School of Insurance.
Partner, Hope Plant Adjusters
Fred is an associate of the Insurance Institute of Canada and has specialized training and experience in the investigation and assessment of aquaculture losses. He is a past national president of the Canadian Independent Adjusters’ Association (CIAA). Fred is a member of the Insurance Institute of New Brunswick and sits on the executive of the International Institute of Loss Adjusters in the dual capacities of treasurer and second vice president.
